The Assistant Minister has said that a citizen and even the Speaker can nominate Members of Parliament for this honor. I, therefore, propose and ask for your ruling that the Speaker proposes all the Members of the Tenth Parliament to be awarded this honor during this Christmas. view

Everytime he is adamant that they are ready, while the situation on the ground and everybody, including himself knows that the IEBC is not ready to conduct elections in March, next year. There are many challenges in my constituency and the whole country. The batteries that are given to the clerks do not work in my constituency, which is very big.
