8 Jun 2011 in National Assembly:
Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the culprits are, of course, the Office of the President, the Central Posting Unit and the Directorate of Personnel Management. Those are units which post Government officers to departments. They are violating the law and we must confront it.

8 Jun 2011 in National Assembly:
Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, as politicians, we can also play a big role positively in national reconciliation. Right now, we have a by-election in Kamukunji. On a point of order, Mr. Chairman, Sir. Just like Mr. Nyamweya, I want to protest. I stood, but I was not given an opportunity to address that issue. As you know, on the Order Paper, I have a similar amendment on this Fifth Schedule. I was supposed to be given an opportunity to contribute to this matter at least in terms of the record.

31 May 2011 in National Assembly:
Mr. Chairman, Sir, I did not understand that you were that generous. Thank you very much. We cannot celebrate an illegality. What we are doing here are friends and colleagues who are beneficiaries of a system that--- The Report that the Chairman of CIOC, hon. Abdikadir, has submitted before us purely goes contrary to our Constitution both in letter and spirit.
