âIs the Minister aware that not a single borehole has been drilled successfully in North Horr Constituency by the Minister in the last three years?â Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, if you look at the reports that we received from the Minister, in North Horr alone, about four boreholes were drilled. 6 Apr 2011 in National Assembly:
Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we discovered that some constituencies, out of the 210 constituencies, received more than others.
