On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Is the Assistant Minister in order to evade answering the question as asked by Mr. Chachu? The question is whether the Assistant Minister is satisfied that the Commission used the criteria as set out in the Constitution. The criteria is very clear. Is the Assistant Minister satisfied with the Commission in terms of the use of the criteria?

Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is very clear that the Assistant Minister is not prepared to answer the Question. At the beginning, he says that there was consent and then he goes ahead to say that there was a disagreement. I want to understand from him how the disagreement came about after they had achieved consent earlier enough.
