Thank you, Hon. Speaker. The following is the report of the business pending before the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing. There are legislative proposals:- (i) The Traffic (Amendment) Bill which was proposed by Hon. Abdullswamad Nassir. It was referred to the Committee on 4th August 2015. The Committee held meetings with the sponsor of the Bill and received comments from the office of the Attorney-General. The Committee is yet to adopt the report on its consolidation. Next is the Report on the visit to the United Kingdom during the 114 Session of the International Maritime Organisation held between 28th June and 4th July 2015. The Report on the visit to Dubai Big Five Construction Fare held between 22nd and 27th November, 2015 and a Report of the visit to the 29th Session of the International Maritime Organisation Assembly held between 23rd November and 2nd December, 2015. Ministry of Energy and Petroleum to deal with petroleum exploration. It is very encouraging that we are setting up a proper framework to guide petroleum exploration. The Bill covers a lot of parts of this country. It is very important that we enact this Bill so that it properly takes the interests of this country as a whole.
