We are expecting transformers within this month. The projects, hopefully, will, therefore, be commissioned in December, 2009. (b) The costs for each project were as follows: Masumba/Emali, Kshs20.6 million and Matiliku/Kilili, Kshs7.5 million (c) As for the Spring Hill Youth Polytechnic, this polytechnic was constructed well after the project was completed and is not, therefore, connected.
