The figure for County Equitable Share be moved to Kshs335.67 billion. The matter on conditional grants, from loans and grants, came from National Treasury and it should not be controversial. We recommend that the figure under water towers protection and climate change mitigation and adaptation programme be increased by Kshs385 million for it to get to Kshs880 million.
