I do not know what mechanism I will use to get that information unless she brings it in the form of a petition to this House. I stand guided. view
  • 28 Feb 2019 in Senate: Madam Temporary Speaker, let me not be misunderstood. I have not said that we cannot deal with pending bills of the counties. However, it is the method which Sen. Dullo requested which I had difficulty with. The Petition, and I want Sen. Sen. Wambua to listen, was brought to the Senate and was referred to this Committee, and it is being dealt with. We will do that because there is a petition before us on people complaining of pending bills. In fact, we have started the process.
