Mr. Speaker, Sir, disarmaments have been done from time immemorial, but they do not seem to have achieved any good result. Could the Government consider arming communities, so that each community will be deterred from attacking another community? We are opening up communities to attacks from outside the country. Could the Government consider arming our communities as is the case in the neighbouring countries?

Mr. Speaker, Sir, is it in order for the Chair to allow the hon. Member to confess because he is saying that everybody has participated in corrupt activities in one way or another? He should confess the bit of corruption that he has participated in!
