Thank you very much Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I reiterate what the rest of my colleagues have said that we support the investment of the Lake Basin Development Authority. The money allocated to it is not in vain. We are convinced as the Budget and Appropriations Committee that the money shall be recovered. The National Treasury is going to open a separate account to continuously receive proceeds of rent and other income and other revenues from the Lake Basin Development Authority Mall. Therefore, in a few years, the National Treasury shall have received all the money invested in that particular ...

Research is taking notes, so that she can even help us to prioritise teachers who are over 40 years old and they have never been recruited. The Chairperson can also help us to identify teachers who are stuck here at the TSC headquarters. The TSC is conducting delocalisation of teachers. We also want to see that delocalisation affect teachers who are stuck at TSC headquarters. We want them to move out to the regions. We also want to see teachers who are stuck at county headquarters, divisional headquarters and sub county headquarters move to other areas.
