Elachi’s argument, if you hear me, is that Maendeleo ya Wanawake receives money from donors and so it is not excluded from receiving money from the Government. In fact, if you listen to her, she said the President told women that they can access Kshs200 billion available for various affirmative action issues. That is not donor funds and we are not saying anything different. view
