The issue of Government contracts on roads, and I share the pain of my brother from Meru County, we have a road in Bungoma from Kamukuywa, Mt. Elgon round to the Uganda border. When a road is started, like the road from Kapenguria to Nadapal, which passes through the Speaker’s County, then it is abandoned on the way, and you see other roads being done, completed and commissioned, what is the policy of the Government when they award tenders and start roads and abandon them? view

Why was this teacher not prosecuted for defilement and instead a charge of rape was preferred? I told you for free that in law, a child of that age is not capable of consenting to a sexual act. Rape is a sexual act without consent. Therefore, you cannot deny consent that you cannot give in the first place.
