The other agencies of the Government, and even of the Ministry, are supposed to be the main ones to sensitise about the data base available at the EPC on how to access foreign markets. It is an Appropriation-in-Aid. I want to promise this House that the criteria certified by the donor will not be about inter- regional equity and parity in the allocations.
