Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I really want to plead with Dr. Khalwale to look at it in the context that this is an inter-Governmental body that we are setting up. We do not want it to look like the chair is the President and the Deputy President is the vice-chairman. We are trying to recognize that the county governments exist. The Governors under Article 18 will have their Council of Governors where they will elect one of them on a two-year basis according to the proposal that will be coming for amendment.
