29 Feb 2012 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, is the hon. Member really in order to say that he signed on the basis that I would produce figures? I will table the document. Nowhere does this document say so. We even have the map drawn by the community and shared by the peace moderator in Western Province to show us the map and how the demarcation was going to be.

29 Feb 2012 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, I started by asking whether the hon. Member was in order to mislead the House by insinuating that he signed on the basis that I would give him some figure. I did prosecute it correctly, Mr. Speaker, Sir.

28 Feb 2012 in National Assembly:
Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I think it is the Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs who is causing problems. As the Chair under Standing Order No.1, under extraordinary circumstances you can give directions. He should table the corrigenda as part of the Report that has already been tabled without a Motion or moving anything. This gives us a chance to study the corrigenda and then we can move the Motion tomorrow.

2 Nov 2011 in National Assembly:
Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am looking at the schedule of the projects and in Zone A, the projects on water pans got Kshs230 million, and none of the projects have been undertaken. It shows zero work done in that area. What happened to that money? Were those projects not necessary in Zone A? Otherwise, why would you allocate Kshs230 million and no work has been done at all?

25 Oct 2011 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, I think the answers by the Assistant Minister are pathetic. The Government is ready to import maize. It will come to this House to seek for money to import maize and yet, it does not come to ask for sufficient funds to buy maize from local farmers. What is your policy, as a Government, on this issue? Is there a policy to encourage local farmers to grow sufficient maize so that you do not import?
