Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, we were saying, as Committee, that the amendment seeks to avoid duplication as the provisions on co- tenancy and partition under Part VI in the Land Bill are an exact duplication of the Provisions of Part IX of the Land Registration Bill.

Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, can I also add something I did not tell you? When the draft came out first, the Minister in his wisdom called the entire Parliament to Pangoni and we went there. Then, whatever came out of Pangoni, we took as a Committee and went and spent about four days in a retreat trying to improve the draft which then came to him and then went to the Cabinet, came from the cabinet and then we went together and sat for four days with the CIC and all the other groups.
