Deputy Speaker, I beg to move the following Special Motion:- THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Article 217 of the Constitution, as read together with Section 16 of the Sixth Schedule to the Constitution, this House concurs with the Senate and approves the following Second Basis for Equitable Sharing of National Revenue allocated to Counties:
