  • 1 Jul 2015 in National Assembly: I am glad that there is clear evidence that the new Constitution is gaining traction, and that there is better citizenry involvement. • 25 Jun 2015 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move that the Supplementary Appropriation Bill (No.2) (National Assembly Bill No.34 of 2015) be now read a Second Time. I want to thank Hon. Members, first of all, for finding time to be here at this unusual hour. I also want to say that it is very important we pass this Bill. A lot has been said today.
