House pursuant to Section 7(h) of the Public Finance Management (PFM) Act, 2012 and Standing Order No.207(3)(d). The Budget and Appropriations Committee Report on the estimates of revenue and expenditure for the Financial Year 2014/2015 was approved by this House on 11th June, 2014.   • 25 Jun 2014 in National Assembly: As required under Article 221(6) of the Constitution which bears reading and I quote:- “When the estimates of national Government expenditure and the estimates of expenditure for the Judiciary and Parliament have been approved by the National Assembly, they shall be included in an Appropriation Bill, which shall be introduced into the National Assembly to authorize the withdrawal from the Consolidated Fund of the money needed for the expenditure, and for the appropriation of that money for the purposes mentioned in the Bill.” That is what we seek to do today. view
