I hope that the President and everybody who is involved in the handshake must do this in honour of the two leaders. The article is on the treatment of cancer without chemotherapy. I was visited by a lady who had cancer. She showed me pictures of when she did not have hair. She did her treatment without chemotherapy; her hair grew and she healed. I have been told that the doctors who come from India normally go to Tanzania, on a regular basis, to assist heart patients and other conditions. In this Bill, we should find a place to wave some of the requirements that are made so difficult by Kenya Medical Association (KMA), so that they can come here regularly. It is not that we do not have infrastructure, possibly, it is equipment. So, I agree that we should have cancer centres all over the country, but the next challenge will be capacity. The only thing they are yet to take away from us is air. Maybe the air has been already been taken away by cartels and they are going to sell it to us. view

Seneta has asked about the procedure. They would have been closed on the spot because what they are selling is poisonous. What is the difference between the person who shoots a human being and the one who feeds them with poison? As far as I am concerned, they should be charged for murder. • 25 Jul 2019 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I think the regulatory framework in this country is lacking. Sen. (Eng.) Maina was dealing with the question of kiboko regulation. Somebody does the wrong thing, you give them a slap on the wrist or just talk about some of them, but no action is taken. This is a land which Justice Willy Mutunga called “bandit economy”. It is full of bandits wearing nice suits. Unless we take action and jail or shoot one person at Uhuru Park, this country will not reform. view
