The Standing Orders are very clear that we cannot question the proceedings of a county assembly. I am not sure whether these are proceedings of a county assembly and whether we have jurisdiction to get into the details of a county assembly as such. view

The day before yesterday, someone raised concerns about a petition that was brought to the attention of the Senate as to whether the Standing Orders allow us to question the proceedings of a county assembly. However, if the Speaker has found it fit, so be it. Let us get a determination. However, it is still an issue that is bothering me. view

It did not end well because he was charged for many things. However, eventually there was no success because in the process of doing the Petition, or whatever question that was raised, it was mixed with politics. Therefore, at the end, he did not succeed.
