  • 28 May 2015 in Senate: .: On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I join you in thanking our colleagues for living up to the expectations of the Republic of Kenya. However, I am only concerned about one issue which was raised by Sen. Muthama yesterday. • 28 May 2015 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, one of the problems with the currency is the CBK Act which has not been enacted. It is stuck somewhere in the pipeline. In fact, if my Vice Chairperson went back to the Constitution, it contemplated that there would be an Act of Parliament. That is what I want to read so that we can have continuous education on these things. view
