We have received a very nice coverage in our Fourth Estate in Nairobi. I want to tell the delegation from Tanzania, that the Bill by Sen. (Dr.) Zani on benefit sharing borrows greatly from what Tanzania is doing on tourism. That is the reason Tanzania is doing so well in tourism more than we are doing in Kenya. I want to say on the Floor of this House, that it is possible that the enemies of devolution and the “Al Capones” of corruption are sabotaging the Office of the Auditor- General so that we do not get these reports.
