Elachi for contemplating this amendment for various reasons which I want to highlight. Just by looking at the NYS Act closely, you will notice that there are functions that are stated under Section 16, I will read it for purposes of the HANSARD. • 30 Oct 2014 in Senate: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Chairperson should clarify because there were supplementary questions that were supposed to be responded to. If that Paper seeks to answer those supplementary questions, that clarification should be given so that the matter is dispensed with. I sat in the meetings with the Cabinet Secretary and the National Land Commission (NLC). There were certain issues that were brought forth by the both the Minister in charge of Lands, Housing and Urban Development and the National Land Commission.
