• 30 Oct 2014 in Senate: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the matter raised by Sen. Billow raises very serious issues. From my reading of the Bill, the preamble itself quotes Article 66 of the Constitution. Article 66(2) states that:- The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate. view
