On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. Is hon. On a point of information, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. What happened to me is exactly what Mr. Kajwang has said. I went to court within a month, but the case has been delayed for over three years, and Kenyans still believe that I and my brother, Mr. Midiwo, were at Koinange Street. (b) Yes, I am further aware that the victims have not been compensated despite ...

Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have to wait until the investigations are completed. I do not know when the investigations will be completed. Secondly, I talked about 33-KV lines and 132-KV lines. The 132-KV line is the one that is already under construction.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, the investigations are being carried out by the Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) and the insurers. Therefore, there is no way we can speed up the process on the side of the insurers.
