adequately addressed. But you realise there are so many institutions in this country, including hospitals and schools, that stand to be demolished any time. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady for this opportunity. I am sorry it is a bit late, but yesterday we wrote to the Substantive Speaker requesting the deliberation of the Community Land Bill at this level to be postponed. The Speaker advised us to make the application on the Floor of the House. So, it is a humble request that Members from the coastal region wish to introduce amendments to this Bill and they have not had time to file the amendments. So, we are humbly requesting that deliberations at this level be postponed.

Yes. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. I thank Hon. Mwaura for bringing this Motion. I support the Motion as amended. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I wish to support this amendment for two reasons: First, it brings clarity in terms of allowing the county government to participate. Secondly, it provides an opportunity for mass stakeholders to participate in the issues of education.

Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for this opportunity. I wish to support the Motion and indeed, support the approval of one Mr. Micah Powon for the PS position. I must say that this is a nominee that I have not come across. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
