It is, therefore, important that the House should go an extra mile to reduce the backlog of these Bills which are at various stages before the House. These Bills are:- (1) The Protection of Traditional Knowledge and Traditional Cultural Expressions Bill, 2015. That is Article 11(3) of our Constitution. view
