Speaker, I beg to move the following Procedural Motion:- THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No. 30(3) (b), this House resolves to hold Sittings on Thursdays Morning commencing at 9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. as follows:- (i) Thursday, 12th November, 2015; (ii) Thursday, 19th November, 2015; (iii) Thursday, 26th November, 2015; and (iv) Thursday, 3rd December, 2015. Hon. Speaker, because of the enormity of the business before the House, I propose that we have morning sittings on Thursdays of 12th, 19th, 26th November and 3rd December 2015. Hon. Speaker, to begin with this House has numerous Bills with constitutional timelines which the House extended by one year to 28th August, 2016. It is, therefore, important that the House should go an extra mile to reduce the backlog of these Bills which are at various stages before the House. These Bills are:- (1) The Protection of Traditional Knowledge and Traditional Cultural Expressions Bill, 2015. That is Article 11(3) of our Constitution.
