As a Member of the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources, among other objectives we set out to establish the status of the dams against the resources allocated, we conducted inspection visits to Itare Dam, Chemususu Dam, Northern Collector Tunnel, Kimwarer Dam, Thwake Dam, Umaa Dam and Mwache Dam. Part V of the proposed Bill provides for the rights and duties of asylum seekers and refugees in the country by providing the right of appeal. Asylum seekers and refugees have the right to appeal any decision of the Department of Refugee Affairs.
