  • 23 Aug 2012 in National Assembly: Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the few years I have been on this God’s good earth, I have worked in many places. • 23 Aug 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, first of all, the penalties provided in Clauses 48 and 49 refer only to breach of Clause 20 which is about acting for foreigners. I agree with this proposal. This is about if you have not declared. So, I accept and I do not think it is draconian. Let us do Kenya a favour and do the right thing. view
