Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 57 of the Bill be amended – (a) in sub-clause (7) – (i) by inserting the word ―or her‖ immediately after the word ―him‖; and (ii) by deleting the words ―to him necessary‖ and substituting therefor the words ―necessary to him or her‖; (b) in sub-clause (8) by inserting the words ―or her‖ immediately after the word ―him‖. This is to include reference to both genders. view
