As the Memorandum to this Bill says, this Bill is just to make minor amendments. However, if you look at this Bill closely, you will realize that some of the proposed amendments, in my view, would have been taken elsewhere. I am aware that there is the Jakoyo Midiwo Bill on betting. I was just wondering why proposed amendments on betting could not be accommodated there.
