Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 17 of the Bill be amended in- (e) in sub-clause (3) by inserting the words ―and shall comply with the values and principles of public service as contemplated in Article 232 of the Constitution‖ immediately after the words ―marginalized groups‖. This follows from the earlier amendments that we had proposed. It is a constitutional provision. We are just emphasizing and enriching that all these appointments shall comply with the values and principles of Public Service as contemplated under Article 232 of our Constitution immediately after the words ―marginalized groups‖.
