This has been a problem because the way we deploy our resources has always shown a total lack of clarity when it comes to fiscal reporting. My view is that our country will develop faster if we remove barriers to accessing credit. All the countries that have developed--- One of the countries that is used as a model in the world shall always be Singapore. If you look at the Singapore model, you will find that they did that by making credit accessible to most Singaporeans.
