• 11 Oct 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, after discussing with the Chair of the Committee, I wish to drop that New Regulation 3A because it was essentially to define the role of the Returning Officer, which has been sufficiently covered by the Chair of the Committee. So, I want to drop it but only Part One of 3A and retain Part Two of 3A. Drop Part One of 3A, which is defining the role of the Returning Officer and retain Part Two. view
