Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 68 be further amended by including a new Subclause 68(i)(p) which reads:- “Any person who defaces, forges or destroys any campaign or promotional material of an opposing candidate or political party commits an offense.”
