For some of us who are doing our final leg in this Parliament, one of the individuals who has made a big mark in my life as I leave Parliament and in my later life is Hon. Adan Keynan. I am not saying it because he is here but I do not think there is any Chair of a Committee that is so committed to doing their work like Hon. Keynan, who is my friend, brother and uncle.
