I just wanted to educate my good friend from Saku and tell him that it is good to point out what it is that you think is the matter with it. I bring this out because most times you look at the quality of drafting. We pay people to draft Bills. Honestly, Parliament is one of the most exalted institutions. In fact, somebody looking at a draft Bill out there will be seeing a synopsis into the character of our Parliament. Aden Barre Duale and my good friend the Member for Saku, this is a very important Bill. I am glad that Hon. Duale made a clarification that metrology has nothing to do with the science of whether, which is meteorology. This Bill as has been said is an Act of Parliament for the manufacture, sale and use of weighing and measuring equipment in trade, health and safety environment in the sale of goods to provide for international best practices and administration of legal metrology services ... view
