I want to seek your guidance and your ruling, so that we can have some harmony in terms of how we transact business in this House. I want to, first, read from the Constitution of Kenya, Article 124, which says:- ”124(1) Each House of Parliament may establish committees, and shall make Standing Orders for the orderly conduct of its proceedings, including the proceedings of its committees.” view
