Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this Statement by my neighbour and colleague, Sen. (Prof.) Tom Ojienda is very timely. The people of Vihiga County have been yearning to have the boundary problem at Maseno resolved. We need to resolve this matter with less emotions because the people of that area have intermarried. Those of us who stay near the boundary would like this matter resolved amicably, peacefully and lawfully.
