On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I did not want to disturb the House but, unfortunately, the Committee on Energy, Roads and Transportation has been invited to Mombasa, to attend the launch of the standard gauge railway line. That will take about six of us away from voting tomorrow and might hurt these very good Bills. I do not know how I can bend the Speaker’s ruling. Sincerely, when we wrote the new Standing Orders, we were thinking in terms of the new Constitution, which gave parties a very strong and central part in the management of the affairs of the House. So, parties nominate Members to all these Committees, and if you decide to be independent, then you are independent; you may not even get to any Committee.
