I was asking about them because whenever they refer to the Kisii General Hospital, they regard it as a level five. Although it has improved, it is not quite the provincial hospital that we know. It is a fact that if you went to some hospitals in some parts of the country which we now call level 4, for lack of a better word because they are now the highest county hospitals, you will find that the capacity is far too low.
