That this House, other than the Senate, would like to abide by what the Constitution and other jurisdictions say. From an economics point of view, when we liberate this sector and we actually give out titles to the sectional properties or apartments, we will actually be developing the economy further because there will be the power to borrow and invest more. If I have a property and a title deed, I will be able to walk into a bank and get a loan. I will be in a position to invest more within the same economy. That ... view

You would rather rent a house because it is like you are paying rent for a property that you own.
