I congratulate him for thinking about his legislative role to protect the common person. This law is a good piece of legislation. It will safeguard our people. People who guarantee loans for others have been left with sleepless nights. When the hammer falls and this guy has not made any payment, they follow the guarantor and he loses money and assets. If we make it easier such that if I guarantee a young man who wants to start a business, I will not be followed to pay that loan I will be more comfortable to guarantee him.
