When it came to the most important Motion on the Floor of the House, Kenyans were at a loss because, firstly, we did not have a policy that was developed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade to guide us in the debate. Secondly, we were told very late that we were a non-aligned nation and, therefore, we could not take a position. More importantly, I have a school called Ngala Memorial Girls Secondary School in my constituency where we have fully installed CCTV cameras and they are working. I urge the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology of the House and other Members of Parliament to come and benchmark and see how the CCTV cameras are working.
