Members are restricted to speak to the amendment only, so that the House makes a decision whether the original Motion will be amended or not, then we shall revert to the original Motion as amended or not amended. At that point, you will still get a chance to speak to the original Motion if you had not spoken to it. So, Hon. Members, restrict yourselves to the amendment. view
