Sometimes back, about 10 years ago, prison warders lost their lives around the Utalii area on the Nairobi-Thika Superhighway. It took about 10 years for them to be compensated. When that money came out, we all know what happened. The lawyer who was involved took away that money. Most of the police officers come from humble backgrounds.
