Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am not aware that the stores are not in use. What is happening is that, for example, the Kabarnet Depot, it was allocated Kshs7.2 million to purchase---

Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Every depot is utilized. For example, Kabarnet Depot has been allocated Kshs7.2 million to purchase 6,000 bags of 90 kilogrammes each, but only 1,200 bags were delivered. So, every depot is totally utilized. In fact, as you can see, there is a very big shortage, for example, in the Kabarnet Depot.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have maize-drying machines in almost all the depots which charge an average fee of only Kshs20 per bag.

Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have given the list of all the depots in that district. But the argument from the hon. Member for Baringo North is very simple: His constituency is not a maize-growing area and it has no maize at all. All the maize produced in that area is consumed by his own people. There is nothing left for marketing.

On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Is it in order for the two hon. Members to keep on referring to another hon. Member of this House without bringing a substantive Motion? It appears these hon. Members have a hidden agenda to tarnish Mr. Karume's name. This Question is not about Mr. Karume!

Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The assets of the KNAC are well known. They are very many and are worth a lot of money. You only have to look at the Corner House, Bima House in Nairobi, Salama House, Bima House in Mombasa, the one in Kisumu and the others. Who bought the KNAC? Were they Kenyans or foreigners? Could the Assistant Minister be kind enough to lay on the Table the names of those who purchased the KNAC so that we can know their identities?

On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I know for sure that the top management of the KNAC 2000 are Zimbabweans. It is only that I do not have their names here, but they are foreigners! That is the truth of the matter.
