The President is known for his public relations (PR) gimmicks. Indeed, we know that the architect of it, who is Tony Blair, has done a good job in misleading him and going back to neo-colonialism. This Address was given in the pretence--- We know very well that they wanted to woo the President of America to come to the country. The only person who has a good story to tell is President Uhuru.
