I thank Hon. Members. There were quite a number of concerns raised by Hon. Members. However, some restrictions are very important for security reasons because there are people who would like to use the national flag for reasons which are not good for this country. Some people use the flag in demonstrations to the extent of burning it in a way to say no to the State which is very wrong.
